I was recommended this workshop through a friend. My only regret is not getting to know them earlier. I have done grooming and oil change with KGC. Service standards and workmanship are always top-notch. Staff are friendly and helpful. Complimentary wifi and beverages are available while waiting for your car to be worked on at their customer lounge. I highly recommend trying them out.

First time trying out KGC Workshop for 40K car servicing and is happy with their service. The team is warm, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. During the service, they made recommendations for the car, explaining their recommendations and are not pushy about us taking (or not taking) their recommendations. Just like what I like … No Frills, Very helpful and efficient. The car service also included a complimentary car wash and vaccum. Happy to drive away with a serviced car.

called up to check if there's a chance for a quick checkup, service manager agreed for a drive-in, but nobody attended to my vehicle with leaving the engine running at their parking lot. Requested for air-con system check with getting the filters replaced as well, yet i was only informed that they don't have stock upon collection of my vehicle, told me that I will have to make another trip for the filter replacement. What's even worse, I was charged on the bill for exhaust cleaning service but it was never done b'cos they were late from the agreed handover timing, which means they never bothered to check on my a/c systems as well. I was blind folded until I brought it over to a specialist where the experts told me that nothing was done at all like oil check or simply a gas top-up. I wonder if they only treat their customers with luxurious maybe new car or the director's 'buddies and friends' like VIP as those other reviews? definitely a skeptical third party workshop, no way for me to make another trip anymore:(

Still the best one stop workshop to get your paint works done, repairs and servicing. Did my servicing, tyre change and bodywork paint job touch up on separate occasions recently. Impressed that the staff continuously seek to improve their customer service and appreciate the keen follow updates on the progress of work done. What I appreciate most is the proactive updates and even pictures of the work progress, with the exact time the car will be ready for collection within lead time proposed and promised. Exceeding expectations even after being their difficult and fussy customer for more than a decade. Special mentions to Jasper who impressed me with his follow up and clear understanding of my requirements. Well done!

Did car grooming and paint protection at KGC Workshop. DJ is my point of contact and he has been very helpful and responsive. The lounge is very cozy and I could do my work without disturbance. To top it all, there’s a coffee machine. I posted this review 3 weeks after the job was done and it had withstand the test of heavy rain. Overall, I’m pleased with my car condition now.

Best car workshop I've engaged! All staffs are extremely friendly and carries a big smile even when its very packed . They will completely answer all your questions and explain in detail on your car condition etc . KGC even managed to handover my car fully done up with a *showroom condition* before CNY for me to have a wonderful new year ? . Lastly , due to my work ends pretty late , KGC arranged his staff to be there waiting for me to collect the car before getting lights off . Sweet! Thanks to KGC , Definitely will recommend to whoever asking me for car workshop! Thumbs up! ??
