Good service

Do not engage them, every single one in the team has attitude problems.

Poor installation. Pipes of inferior quality that is soaked wet due to condensation. It was so wet it destroyed my entire false ceiling. The company negated responsibility and did not rectify issue.

3rd time engaging them for my quarterly aircon servicing, at $30 per unit. Reason for quarterly servicing is as advised by the service personnel, as we have the bedroom aircon units running on a nightly basis. And that we have cats, so that affects the frequency, too. Except for the living room unit, that we only service on alternate visits, as that is used maybe every Saturday or alternate Saturdays, when we have guests. Aircon system was purchased from them as well, from the ID that we contracted for our new place. Can't remember the pricing, but I do remember it's cheaper compared to the major stores, so that's good enough for us. We didn't realise that they do servicing, so we engaged Affordable Aircon Services Pte Ltd twice (at $20 per unit), before switching over to KH. We had some leakage issue with the aircon unit in 2 of our rooms, but turned out to be user issue, someone fiddled with the aircon piping in the bathroom, causing a backflow of the water. The boss came down to take a look FOC, so that was really great service. Servicing dude also advised us against using filters that we were using on top of the aircon units, the idea was to reduce cat fur from going in, but that funked with the airflow going in, which makes the units less efficient (less cold), which in turn, we would reduce the temperature lower, and make the units work even harder thatn required. He even demo with a cloth, to show the difference in temperature and strength. (Affordable actually told us it was a good idea to use the filters, so. And also charged extra for servicing and topping up gas for the converter unit, which KH said was unnecessary since it's only been a year, but I wouldn't know, so that was $40+70 gone to Affordable.) Scheduling an appointment is relatively easy, just dial the number 68521020, and all 3 times they were able to give me an appointment even the next 5 days. Mine's usually the 12-2pm slot, so that's fine, been working from home for a while now. Although KH is $10 more per unit, but based on reliability, being the actual supplier and all, I do trust them more to do a great job, and the advice about the filters, that scored more points for them. Anyway, I will definitely be continuing my servicing with them, and keeping my fingers crossed that the price will remain for many more months and years to come.

Excellent and professional service by KH. Team is responsive when attending to calls. I have used their services to maintain my aircon units at home and fully satisfied with their thoroughness in cleaning them. Will continue to use their services and will highly recommend them.
