Tried my luck ordering with Google Chat ....and they replied immediately with a smile .. We had various pratas ...kosong, plaster, telor, telor bawang....each priece was delicious and crispy ...best of all they were freshly cooked and not tough & flat. The curry dip was creamy and rich with a tinge of sourness of Assam. We believe that they served a mix of two curries ....the best of both worlds We also added kambing soup to our order .... To our delight there were generous chunks of mutton and the soup was rich and clouded with spices. A authentic example of the kambing soup of the good old days. Please do not underestimate this humble prata stall located in a coffee shop .... A true champion in their cuisine.... Very crispy prata. Like those deep fried at prata house. Chicken curry taste good. Queue very long on sunday morning.

Definitely lives up to the name of crispy prata. Even the egg prata has crispy edges. Prices r just about the norm these days, at $3.30 for 1 egg 1 plain.

One of the best prata I had. Light, fluffy, crispy. Will definitely return! Goes great with the mutton curry.

Nestled in a bustling kopi tiam, you can easily miss the only Indian Muslim offering. I had the kosong and egg prata today and I'm delighted that it's one of the better ones I've tried in Tampines and Pasir Ris area. I asked the owner if they serve tissue/paper prata and the reply was no because the prata is crispy enough. And it was true to his word! Pratas and curry was good and I ordered briyani for dinner too.

What impresses me was the personable service by the Uber friendly frontman. Noticed that he readily accedes to request of extra gravy and offers the old uncle an extra plate of dhal. My order of a plaster has a cooked egg which he readily remade the order with a semi-cooked one with no angst and assured me of ensuring my order was exactly what I wanted. The crispy Prata lives up to the name of being absolutely fantabulous crispy. The taste was on point but the gripe if I were to put a finger to one is the lack of doughiness in the middle. I would definitely rate this as one of the better Prata shops despite being a young stall of 6 months. Judging from the Queue, I think it has built up to a quite a reputation. I gave it 4.5 but the service was incredible so 5* from me.

New stall in this Chang Cheng Kopitiam. Very Crispy and nice Roti Prata! Yet to try their other Indian Dishes! Parking is ample around the vicinity here!
