Khoon Kee Tasty Prawn Mee - 85 Redhill Ln

Found this prawn noodle stall by accident few weeks ago and came back for another round of their tasty prawn noodle. When you are there please try their big prawn noodle, order the $6 portion. The prawns are big and fresh. It is worth the $6.

Only uses angkah prawns, go early to avoid the queue. Both soup & dry are good. For dry, combine kuay teow with yellow noodles. Soup is mo tuck teng > I know the effort made to create the soup must include wok hei taste.

Kway Teow Mee Prawn Pork Rib Soup. Not quite the prawn noodles from beach road or even my zion road food centre but its good to have easy access to decent ~ good prawn noodles during this #circuitbreaker.

Crunchy and fresh prawns with flavorful broth.

This was actually my 3rd visit. The previous 2 time they were sold out much earlier than their closing time. Finally got the chance to try their prawn noodle. A bowl of pork ribs and prawn noodle starts from SGD$4 onward and you choose from a selection of noodle from yellow noodle, beehoon and kwayteow. I had the soup version and it came with a huge piece of rib and 2 prawns. The meat fell off the meat without much effort and the prawns were pretty fresh. I personally think that the souo was really good. Very strong robust flavors. It was one of the better prawn noodle soup i have tried so far.

Good prawn noodles. Although it is not my type of prawn noodles, I still rate them 4 stars. Noodles are cooked just right for the textures. Fresh prawns, they will prepare after you have placed your order. Good broth, a bit sweet & salty to my taste bug. Ribs not to my liking. Overall is good. $4 for the bowl is slightly above average.

Not my first time here... Love the soup stock! Boss has passion for his food. No short cuts! Appreciate his effort. He can be slightly stern... but i guess that is his dedication and seriousness to his craft.

Absolutely recommended. I prefer soup one as it has so much flavor from shrimp heads. Noodles are cooked nice. Pork bits are nice addition to the bowl. If you like a rich taste food, this is a great one for you. I have already gone back many times.
