The lady on the telephone was very helpful, pinpointing possible root causes before her team, Musha and guys arrived at my place. Musha and team were professional and quick in determining the root cause of water leakage and settled the problem within an hour. Appreciate the good work!

Not as internet savvy as the the other plumbing services that advertise heavily online... but super fast response, skilled workers who know what they are doing and are treated well by the company and very fair pricing. Definitely recommended.

Very honest because I pay extra $50 as 2 notes glue together, the lady inside the shop gives back the money back to me. They display a lot of sanitaryware, taps & heaters for us to see & feel. Workers on site are very experience and helpful.

Fast n prompt response from the office Ms Angel when i google to enquire for a replacement water heater at 9am Techincian was sent on the same day. My assigment was the last before the techicians clock out. I was 10 min late. They were waiting patiently In normal circumstances, techician may just change the heater. Instead they conducted a check before they begin. Am so very grateful for these 2 honest techincians Mr Mosha & Redoy. They are very profession n responsible. Instead if paying for a new heater. I just paid for their service for some wiring work. Great excellent service that i would highly recommend

She is tremendously experienced and was very patient yet thorough in advising and explaining to me what to look out for when choosing bathroom fittings, fan and lights. She listened to our budget and recommended accordingly, keeping in mind the affordability of the items we needed. Although there were not much variety in their product range, but their prices are reasonable and their service is top notch. Subsequently, we bought our water closets, basins, living hall fan and some panel lights from them. Their delivery services were also outstanding. Not only was the delivery punctual, the deliverer also kept me updated and messaged me photos of my ordered items upon delivery to our place. This was a good touch. Highly recommended for anyone looking out for bathroom products!
