★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with the previous "0" stars. This is supposedly the vendor with whom the MOE Language Centre has arranged to have MOE textbooks available in their bookstore. First, the woman answering the phone at Newton MOE Language Centre is curt and not particularly helpful. The woman answering the phone at Kim Eng Stationery does not speak English, cannot answer any questions and provides a number to "Mr. Lim" that is out of service. Another man confirms that the out of service number is indeed Mr. Lim's number and that this the only person who can answer the question: Do you have MOE language books in stock...
