Bad service ever. Ordered their forklift by given advanced po, till the date of delivery say no stock and replaced by smaller capacity forklift.After delivered to site then realized is not with air tyres like last year we rent from them. The salesperson and the manager only say sorry in that case i cant supply. Hello, I given po on 15th July caused I know this 16 ton forklift not easy to find, on 31st August remind them the delivery date on 9th September and now on the day of delivery say they only have 15 ton with solid tyres . And they don't offer any solution or help just push customer away. We are not new customer to Kim Soon Lee, but today only I know their quality of service, last minute fail u and that it, myob.
