I bought a watch from the guys ((Barron and Ken) on December 30th and can’t say enough good things about Kim Watch! As some of the other reviews have pointed out, they do not put pressure on you for a quick sale but rather are friendly, informative, and most importantly, trustworthy. After finding the watch I wanted, I explained to Ken I’d come back to the store the following day to make purchase and at the time he asked me to write down my name and phone number agreeing to hold the watch. Most places in these instances don’t actually intend to hold the watch. However, when I came in the following day, my contact info was right there tagged to the watch. Little things like that really matter to demonstrate integrity. Barron handled the purchase process and watch preparation with all of that going smoothly and also a lot of fun (have some coffee on the house!). My wife and I had a great experience with Kim Watch and I definitely plan to purchase high end pieces here in the future.

Very very kind and helpful seller. I was looking for a watch shop to shorten the link for my Rolex. Although Kim Watch is already closed, when requested, they willingly accepted and rendered their service. They even offered chocolates to my children who were waiting with me. Would truly consider going there when getting a new watch for myself. Would love to meet and receive wonderful services from Kim Watch again. Two thumbs up!

Great service and great price. Not pushy at all. Nice range of watches including AP, Rolex and RM. Some heavy hitters rarely seen in the market are displayed too. Even if you’re not buying, drop in and have a chat with Baron. He is more than willing to discuss watches over coffee on the house. Highly recommend!

As I am comparing between different shops I drop by at different intervals. Every time I was there, I was impressed by the great services all of them provided. And finally decided to settle my watch over here! The range of watches they had are also more compared to elsewhere.
