Not satisfied with how the nail polish is applied. Staff have to be reminded Everytime not to leave a WIDE GAP from the base of the nail. Tiring for me, they want customer to return quickly for the next Mani or pedi, not the right way to do business

Terrible experience same as other consumers. Their staff are very pushy every single time I’m there they hard sell me package. After I’ve signed for the highest package which is $1000 to get $1500 they still ask me to sign for more. However, after coming back I find my nail edges all not well painted and it’s so obvious. I hv to wait my time and money going bavk to touch up again. Now is the second time I go after signing the package and again after 2 days the nails are peeling n it’s so badly done. Such a waste of my time and when I asked for a manage to call me back they said they don’t know when the manager will be bavk. All in all not keen to do service recovery. It’s my first time writing a review for a nail spa and im greatly disappointed

The staff are always very chatty and loud. And everytime I go, I end up having 2 staff doing my feet or hands which I dislike cos it is inconsistent. Like one does a good job (shaping and painting colour), and halfway through the colour, someone else takes over (cos a new customer comes in) and does a shabby job. The top coat is always NOT applied evenly, leaving the sides/edge of the nails not painted and a double layer is obvious (I’ve visited other salons and I’ve seen nothing like this at all). I signed a package last year out of pressure and I just want to finish it up now. But whenever I think about how I’ve to touch up their job when I’m home, I feel annoyed and that it’s a waste of my time. I’ll definitely not be renewing now matter how cheap it is now. Maybe if they spend less time chatting across the rooms and focus more on their job, they’ll do better.

This was the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. The beauticians were way more interested in cracking jokes and laughing at each other, than they were in their work. The irony was that there was a 'Quiet Please' signage in the salon but the place was terribly noisy due to the chatter and laughter from them. The nail experience was also terrible because: 1. The beautician barely scraped the soles of my feet before moving on 2. The cuticle treatment was bad... there was dead skin I could pluck out with my own fingers after that 3. The gel manicure I had was really ugly - the gelish coat was bumpy, with uneven blobs of paint on a single nail (?!?) 4. The pedicure was bad as well as the beautician painted it so far from the ridge that it looked like it was done 2 weeks ago and the toenails had grown out In the end, I had to fix my gel nails at a different salon as they were really bad. This nail salon isn't worth visiting, even with a fave or vaniday coupon. Save your money and go someplace else!

Bad service. Rough handling. Told the person nicely to use less force while filing but she continued. I even had to shout out in pain because i got scratched and she just stared at me. After that Gel nails dropped off in 5 days! They offered to touch up but I fear all the rough filing & pushing my hands n legs.

Did an express gel mani here, paid $35 for it. Priced higher than a typical gel mani but the staff were really friendly and helpful so I didn’t mind. One thing I had to call out was the poor management of staff resources - there were about 7 Beauticians at that point of time but yet they were rushing through their services and swapping around to serve customers. Two customers had their 6pm appointments scheduled but they were still waiting for their turns at 6.20pm. Overall it was okay given the hectic rush and premium price point. My nail technician was lovely and my nails turned out great so no complains there.

Overpriced, in my opinion. The classic manicure $62.06 SGD inc service was cut, file, cuticles and colour. No hand cream, no massage or similar. The result was good but surely can get the same somewhere else around half the price. There was just me and the girl doing my nails. There were 2 others just chatting at the entrance/desk, while this wee one work. I don't think she knew she was doing classic or express manicure. As I was going to pay she asked the others at the desk about the price. I wouldnt come back. What a joke.

BECAREFUL PEOPLE DONT GET FOOLED BY THEIR PRICE. The worst experience i’ve ever had. Extremely overpriced, manicure gel + soak off for a whooping $105 SGD?!!!!! You forking kidding me? If the result is great I would be so angry!! The cuticle treatment was bad , gel polish applied was extremely ugly (take a look for the photo for prove taken at night after the visit to their salon) I need to fix my nails at other salon for sure ! I wouldn't come back . Omg ??? WHAT A JOKE
