★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management need to review the service standards of the staff to be more patient, as you know there is a lot of dim sum choices. If you need to ask customers to stand aside to wait, please say in a proper and nice way so that people will not feel offended.
Food is not too bad, is not the best dim sum, but ok. Variety also has lots of choices.

Ordered Fried Rice or Hor Fun, the ingredients were so little. Not worth paying for.
I would recommend the Zi Char Stall at Block 36 Chai Chee is more worth the money and the food is more delicious than Kimly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman who was taking orders was more concerned with making personal calls rather than taking actual orders. I bought black pepper venison with rice which came with a sunny side up egg. I asked if it was possible if they could change the egg from a sunny-side-up to an omelette instead and the woman's response was ,"the egg comes free so we are not obliged to accommodate you." This exchange took place in chinese of course, nevertheless if you care about customer service, this is definitely not the place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is acceptable but will not patronise again especially when there's another Zi char store with better and more generous food portion at Blk 36. Especially the lady at the cashier is ridiculously rude and has no respect to their customers. Ain't expecting Michelin restaurant service but at least basic respect to paying customers.
