King koil New mattress , I bought a hotel collection model but it came with strong glue smell , request to change new one and was told it was normal... instead of change new one king koil told to let it open in the room till the smell goes ... serious bad customer service ... don't go for king koil

Do not buy King Koil. Complete regret and loss of $3000 plus. My husband is tall, so we ordered a custom sized ortho-med, received in 2019. Within a year, the top layer separated from the bottom, creating lumpy air pockets. So got them to get it repaired in 2020. Yet again, within the year, in 2021, the same issue appeared but this time they said the 10 year warranty is only for the springs and not the materials and I would probably be charged for this repair. Even when I explained this is an issue that has happened the last year within the 1 year materials coverage indicting it’s their quality control, they didn’t care. They even acknowledged they came to repair the same issue, but the options that were given to me are a.) bring it back so they can see then charge an unknown amount for repair. Or b.) trade in this one and top up the difference for a new model. Not a single conversation gave me clear concrete numbers on how much it would cost me. Stay far away from them unless you want to spend thousands for a mattress that only lasts a year and enjoy non-existent quality.
