★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very bad attitude. I wan sit down in front the staff about 2min to wait for blood test and she keep reply messages with her phone and ignore me. After that when she check my information her phone have notifications that someone reply her few messages, she continues to reply her messages ignore me almost 5min then only help me do blood test.

I call service and they told me to continue waiting....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment times are not respected, no communication during telesupervised ART even after 1.5h of waiting. What’s the point of booking time slots if you can’t even properly organise your processes? They’re cheap but I guess you really do get what you pay for. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment for supervised ART on my departure day, but nobody ever attended to us in the video call url which they provided. They sent us a Google form 1hr prior to the call and we filled in accordingly with our personal data, yet they went MIA. We waited in the call for more than half an hour and kept trying to call them with the phone numbers that they provided on their website but none were picked up.
Don't use this service if you're in a rush. Or have a backup plan in case they MIA like what many others experienced.
Btw the refund process isn't smooth either. There is a refund form that you can fill up from their website, which again they can choose to ignore.
