★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the smokeless barbecue grill thru Shopee The grill plate came chip off. The CSO is kind to help to see if can do the exchange. However, Casa's mgt reverted that buyer has to bear the courier fee for returning the product to casa. Casa will only bear the delivery courier fee for the exchange.. I am puzzled by their suggestion as it is Casa's negligence that they did not check through their product before sending out for delivery and why do we as buyer has to pay the courier fee for their negligence and mistake? That's my 2 cents tots. Casa's needs to look into the way they handle their customer service protocol...The lady that answered the call is helpful thou...
