β β β β β My hair is cut by tomoko since 2014, i love the service and style she gave me especially the head massage when washing the hair.
If you are someone who dont know what type of hair you want, just find a trusted hair stylist and you will have no problem at all.
Thank tomoko for taking care of my hair for the past many year!

One of the top stylist, Tajima, took note of my hair type and provided the style that suited me best. Plus, the service and welcome as a first timer was very pleasant.
I will surely be back.

β β β β β This salon looks sleek and super cool in style. The stylists are also well presented and have edgy style. However, I was very disappointed and even distressed when I got my hair coloured here by Tomoko. I asked for a beautiful medium brown but my thick dark brown hair was lightened and became very red at the crown of my head only. I had to go back 2-3 times within 2 weeks in order for them to fix the colour. My hair was then weaken and compromised and caused me to be very distressed and upset at the condition of it .

β β β β β After getting my hair cut here for 3 years, I had a terrible colour experience, where a basic balayage looked nothing like what I asked for.
The owner refused to provide more than 50% of the colour refund, I had to go to another salon to get the colour corrected.
As a business owner, I would do anything to keep advocates of my brand. Instead, this business was happy for me to leave as a detractor of their brand, and had no interest in keeping me as a customer.
Photos attached of what I asked for (brunette balayage), compared to what I walked out with (orange paint).
I still believe that Tajima San is a lovely hairdresser, I'm just really disappointed in the salon owners attitude towards customer service, and his rigidity towards his minimal refund policy.

β β β β β Second time cutting at Kizuki+Lim and was not disappointed! Love my hair cuts done by Koji on both visits. Finally found a hairstylist I can trust to do short hair cuts! ?
Also very appreciative that he was able to slot my friend and I in with our preferred date and timeslot, thank you! Will definitely come back again!!
