Photographers be careful with this company !! It doesn't pay the photographers ! Maybe they can provide services to their clients but in the end the photographers are not paid. Klaud9 doesn't have the rights to use theirs pictures !

As a professional photographer in Berlin, working for these punch of total unprofessional people was the worst thing I ever did in my entire career, if you work with them keep in mind that you will be working anonymously with people you don’t know what or who they are and what’s worse than that you will have to chase for your payment like a charity and you will be ignored and definitely lied to by someone called Isabel ”their boss” and (maybe) get your payment 3 months late after calling texting and send uncountable emails to her. In one word ?CARFUL

I used Klaud9 for a photoshoot of organic fruits & vegetables. The photographer was very professional, worked in a timely manner, and had creative ideas I had not thought of. I liked the experience on the platform: everything was very fluid and I felt I was in control.

SCAM ALERT !! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PAY THE PHOTOGRAPHERS ! THEY AVOID EMAILS AND INVOICES AFTER THE MISSION IS COMPLETE ! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM ! The owner of KLAUD9, Isabel Gonzalez, contacted me through Instagram. At first side, it was an interesting opportunity but the shooting project she wanted me to work on in Paris quickly began really complicated. She added a list of requirements which were written by someone who does not know Paris and photography. I had to find models, to send them their contracts, to supervise a disatrous organisation with the dress code, to do the location scouting, etc... She asked me to send her a minimum of 300 photos -> I sent her 600 usable pictures, DOUBLE ! For only 500 euros, really low for all i did ! She found excuses in order to explain me that it was hard for her to make a selection of 60 pictures. It's her way of doing it : she always talk about quality with the same automatic message that she send to the photographers but in the end, she uses the pictures. Please check the reviews the others photographers let on google. After the job was done she was avoiding my messages and currently she does not respond to invoices. We are many photographers to have been scammed by this company (in France, NY, Singapour, etc...). Again check the reviews ! They DISABLED the reviews on their FACEBOOK PAGE. At this moment, I am looking for legal representation in France and in Singapore to recover my payment. I'm in contact with a team of photographers/videomakers in Singapour. KLAUD9 owe them a 5 digit sum !! EDIT : answer to KLAUD9 You avoiding written email and only suggest to meet by video conference and talk is cheap ! You only answer orally but never written.

Photographers DO NOT work with this company! It is a scam owner who sells you a "women-driven-and-empowerment" business and then does not pay. I did two project for Isabel Gonzales with a list of requirements which were written by someone who does not know NYC, has no idea how a production shoot works or is put together, has no proper knowledge of photography especially in the dark shooting dark skin models, and finally I never received payment for about 30 hours worth of work. Isabel complained that used flash to photograph dark skin models running at night, and although I was told the post production would be done by the client, she expected me to have had retouched 400 images. There is a risk you take when you order a shoot from a distance and there is no direct client supervision, and she did not respect the work I did with 6 other models and did not find it necessary to honor our signed agreement and payment schedule. I am not sure she has paid several of the models either. She does not respond to invoices and I am looking for legal representation in Singapore to recover the already low payment she had promised. Such a disappointment from another woman in business and another European.

The team is very professional and very helpful in assisting me to login the web. I failed to login several times? The photoshoot went very well. The photographer was very good at directiing style. The venue at Kota Tua just perfect for us. And I love all the results. Thank you Klaud9!
