โ โ โ โ โ Ordered 11 boxes of surgical masks but only delivered 10 boxes. Emailed them repeatedly since 2nd July regarding the issues but there's no response from them at all. Even attached the photo of the parcel that is fit enough to contain only 10 boxes while my order is 11 boxes. I have ordered from them many times and this is the first time i encountered partial delivery but i can't believe they can just ignore their mistake without replying whether they will deliver the missing item or refund me the money for the missing item. Although the amount is not alot but i believe a company should live up to their reputation by gaining back the trust from their customer. I hope it is just a matter of overlooking my email and they will response to me asap.

KleanHaus called immediately to rectify their mistake. Appreciate their quick response and live up to their good reputation.
