Again late… again rude service. Try to avoid.

Being Dutch can't be proud of national airline. Even as a Platinum member unbelievable poor service. Changing a flight: take them 10 seconds to tell that this is not possible regarding ticket conditions, is OK, they are probably right. Cancelling a flight and ask for refund: not possible through website, not working properly again, calling Platinum Service: we can't do, call KLM Singapore. Call KLM Singapore: closed. Call KLM Singapore day after: only possible by website. Website try again: not working. Call KLM Singapore again: will take 4 to 6 weeks to approve refund (which is in ticket conditions!). Ask for immediate e-mail confirmation as flight is in two days: still waiting. Avoid this airline if you can! Especially flying their Business class, as they are still flying with old configuration 5 years after start reconfiguration. And if you book on new configuration, don't be surprised if they change the plane to old one. Really everything happened to me with them, I really quit with them now.

Good plane and flight but such horrible check in service at changi airport. Staff insisted to see return ticket which I didnt have on me and would not give my boarding pass without it... then proceeded to "educate" me with a superior attitude that this is regulation. Unbelievable.

I have travelled various times to Bali on KLM business class & it has been an awesome experience to say the least. The food, the service, the leg space, the almost flat bed kinda seat, the souvenir they gift everything is beyond commendable. I wish to travel long haul on KLM as Bali flight seems quite brief. They earn an instant 5 star for me.
