Violet and her team are very very patient with our requests and they are able to get things done no matter how challenging the situation thrown at them. Looking at the timing she replied email, liaising with my UK suppliers I am really appreciate her professionalism and customer service. Made a quick comparison and their rates were indeed competitive. As a first timer on shipping goods to Singapore, the follow-up call was really helpful as Violet patiently shared with me the entire process and even extended a couple of advice on the types of shipping agreement most suitable for my situation.
