Bala will take a photo of the cheque and promised to handover the cheque to your delivery man but at the last minute inform you that the cheque will be delivered to your office instead. He will try to convince you to deliver your goods to their jobsite first without giving you the cheque... He will insist that he is right when he does not honour the payment terms and threaten to tarnish your reputation. It's a waste of everybody's time and energy dealing with such a person.
