β β β β β Staffs are friendly and polite. Have a nice reception with spacious and meeting rooms with nice coffee maker machine and a large pantry area.
Have rather a good view of the surrounding despite being at level 5 only.

Last mintues and not proactive with updates. Despite numerous follow ups and chaser.
I do not recommend them for any services.
Dont think any agent should start with this company either.

β β β β β I had extremely unfortunate experience to deal with one of the agents of Knight Frank - Jerome Kuan. Almost 4 years ago I have rented an apartment from him. During the renting term he has been very consistent in protecting only the landlord's interests, in significant contract to the major statement of Knight Frank's website, which says:
There's a human element in the world of property that is too easily overlooked.
There has been no human element in dealing with the agent - all my request have been constantly rejected and as a tenant I had absolutely no rights. Just to name a few:
- After moving in, he has managed to take away my entire deposit after spending 3 hours in inventing "damages" I have caused to the property. He made a super long report on those damages, big majority of which would be automatically considered "wear an tear". Absolutely no human element.
- He failed to arrange the landlord to move out their stored goods - throughout the entire 4 years the storage room was full of landlord's luggage and non of my requests was taken into consideration. Humanity = 0.
- He failed to act on my alarm that the air conditions in the property were too old to operate properly. Instead of taking to the landlord the statements of the aircon servicing company, he created huge drama on me missing a quarter of servicing, which under total lockdown and increasing virus situation everywhere, I though could be something non-essential. Living with a kid my first priority was safety, so I wouldn't let strangers for non-essential servicing.
- The agent failed to raise the breach of the agreement by the landlord, who has been visiting the place without notice.
- He failed to communicate on a simple issue such as a falling apart sofa, which I wanted removed from the property - again he wanted me to pay for the damage instead of accepting the poor quality of the furniture.
- He was unable for months to provide me with an authorization letter for access card to the condo.
- He and the landlord violated my personal space and privacy by constantly sharing contractual obligations (which are confidential) to other persons, such as neighbors and management officers, including on the very last day the agent played a spy by surveilling the property from the common areas.
- He was unresponsive and at times it took more than a month to fulfill a simple request - such as send a service company to repair the super old air cons.
And many many more. So as conclusion - next time I would preferably avoid your company's agents.

No receipt, No acknowledgement, No tracking, No records, No follow up, Instead, just send an invoice to ask for late payment without checking. Poor response via call and email to the account.

β β β β β They are currently managing Gallop Gables. Useless. They don't apply the condo rules. Renovation outside authorised hours and periods, barking dogs all day. They are just doing nothing.
