★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the while for security courses....I goes to knowledge tree. I have passed all the Assessments
I have given 4 stars. You be wondering why not 5.....I do have something to say about the Trainer whom I recently met during my course. I don't wish to name him. He was very sarcastic and rude sometimes. He didn't think how someone get hurts when saying loudly and in a sarcastic way in front of everyonein the class. I think he need to change his behaviour. Not only that...he was not much helpful. I hope I don't get him to be my Trainer in future. I going to take 2 more courses. Hope I don't get him. Other then that, everything is good about the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started with knowledge tree in 2019, till date , im still supporting them. Its always been a pleasure to take classes there, from the staffs to the trainer. As the name suggest Knowledge Tree, hope it will continue to spread knowledge to many more branches. I would recommend anyone that want Knowledge of the security industry , go to KnowledgeTree Training Centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was trained by Mr Peter for PI course and he is a perfect mentor.. Not only he teaches from the Leaner guide, he also walks us through his personal experience to make sure we understand. Very good flow on his pace of teaching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trainers are very experience and can engage the trainee in the role plays. There is sufficient time to practise the role plays and provide guidance before the assessment.
Assessors are helpful during the assessment. They will calm us before starting the assessment.
Admin staff at the registration counter are very helpful and are willing to find next available training timeslot and help in all admin matters and provide valuable advice.

from approved security training provider, always centre friendly and helpful staffs, trainers to assist recommending me useful information and suitable courses to continue. trainers teach very useful and skillful with highlighted important notes just help us to avoid failing the security assessment. They train the security officer with up to date knowledge.
