Was told to wait 30 minutes because they were washing the kitchen (this was at 5.30pm btw). Ended up waiting 45 minutes beacuse they forgot the order and were fighting amongst themselves in the kitchen. Lousy service, don't bother.

One of the worst restaurant I ever visited...! Especially from the staffs... Initially, I thought they will come to us to take order and I waited for almost 15 min...Afterall I thought we have to take order by ourselves. However, I went to take my order but no one cares...Then I ordered my food to a lady staff ( a Tamil lady) and she didn't said anything. After a longtime, one another waiter appeared and asked for my order....Then I said I already ordered....but as I mentioned before " no one cares"....Then I ordered my food to him. Finally, after 30 minutes of waiting my food was served to me and it was not the food I actually ordered ?....Too much satisfied ?...Price rate of food items are too much than compared to others...When I went to settle my bill...I experienced the same behaviour from the staffs, especially from that Tamil lady....It was like I came there to settle my dept which I had stolen from them..! What a horrible experience....

In the very beginning the restaurant was really good. Mr Segar in the restaurant is a very humble and polite man. When he is around the food I ordered had no issue. Recently I had a very bad experience not once but 2 times when Mr Segar was not there. The first time i just ignored the issue that the chuttney was spoil and the Sambar was tastless. But this time I bought prata and the fish curry (which was like coloured water) and the Dhalcha (worst ever) was spoil. My son tasted it and he immediately spat it out. Whole lunch wasted. I was at the outlet and while I was waiting for my food I was noticing how unhygienic the staff were all working. All the staff behind the counter were not wearing mask. Then one guy actually picked up a packed of tied gravy from the floor behind some bottles threw it in the dustbin and went to pack another packet without washing his hands. At this point I wanted to cancel my order but since another person was packing my food I left it. The horror was when I went back to eat and found the both gravy to be spoiled. I will never be going to that restaurant ever again. For those who are going all the best to you.

I used to go there regularly. And when I went there one night, after we ordered our food, it took a while to receive our food. When I looked, the man who took our order was talking and wasting his time instead of giving our order. He prepared my food and had it ready infront of him, but he was talking and joking with the guy standing besides him. This is the only bad experience that I had in this restaurant. There are other crew in that hotel who are very friendly and provides good service. The food is also very good.

The general cleanliness of this place is not well maintained. The floor felt super greasy and slippery and can be dangerous if you are not careful. The service was slow as well as they are rather busy with Grab orders. The good thing is that the food was quite alright and tasty.

Horrible experience! Long wait for food.. Had the worst ever prata i tasted. Ordered Prata Bom, but it just taste like one thick chunk of tasteless flour. So bad that I rather throw away and eat something else. Super disappointed. Try it at your own risk.

On 11th March 2.50pm, which is today I ordered a Ghee roast dosa and a masala tea. I got the tea within 2 mins. I waited for the dosa for about 20-25 mins. And when I became impatient I asked one of the lady staff about my order. She said there are a lot of orders and asked me to wait for a few minutes. I understood their situation and nodded okay. After 5 mins, I got the food and I was surprised. The dosa that I got was ice cold like it was made a long time ago. I could literally feel the coldness on the food. I lost my appetite and left. I also had a takeaway order. I gave my order to the Tamil lady staff. She was really rude and angry towards me. I am an Indian and I understand Tamil. She was talking bad about me to the other staff as if I had done something to her. Take note: Please inform the staff to talk nicely to the customers with respect!! And also pls serve the food hot next time.? I have also informed the higher authorities about this issue.

I strongly recommend everyone not to go here. Because the service has not been great for the past one year. Standard has dropped. Terribly disappointed ! The way they service certain waiters are rude and there were times they forget certain orders and upon telling them they give the rude stare. And hygiene wise the tehtarik had ants in the teh tarik upon telling them they didn't even wash the glass just pour it into another glass and serve it to me and my friend. Ordered mutton soup they gave the soup but forgot the roti for the soup. Told them twice they didn't give the roti still. Please KNS ( AceThePlace Woodlands) improve on your side and please have some hygiene while serving the guests too. Please wash the teh tarik glasses properly because alot of people are coming to eat with their family and everyone's health is important and please improve on the hygiene wise strongly. I hope there will be actions taken thank you.
