KNS Restaurant

The food here is quite good, and they're open 24 hrs hence I've made numerous, big repeated orders from this KNS Restaurant through a food delivery app. Unfortunately, they would usually skimp on their watered-down curry whenever I ordered my family's meals to be delivered. My last order was a big order that cost more than $60+ and we were there in person to collect. Among the dishes ordered, I had ordered 18 egg pratas and 5 plain pratas. The restaurant provided me with only 3 small packets of curry for 23 pratas. We requested for a packet of extra curry but we were brusquely turned down. We told him that we ordered 23 pratas for 9-10 people so we would like to have a little more curry for everyone. The staff brushed us off and claimed that the three small packets of curry given was more than sufficient for all 23 pratas. He then proceeded to ignore us. I am very disappointed with their very poor service, their refusal to provide a little more curry, and with their unwarranted rudeness towards their regular customer with a big order. Terribly disappointing experience with KNS Restaurant. We may not patronise them every again.

Our go to supper spot since its close to our house.. Love the prata and the briyani! Friendly staffs, nice food and affordable!

Don't waste your money and time to eat here. The male waiter's service was bad, his attitude is terrible! Ordered a nasi goreng kampung bcos he said no ikan billis nasi goreng (cheaper than kampung NG), and it had only ONE piece of small cube of chicken meat and some fried ikan billis. Roti John w mutton was terrible too, couldn't even see any mutton and paid $6 to eat fried bread w egg with no meat. The roti john look so different from the poster picture. I gave feedback to him and he said it's like that. Very bad attitude!

The foods is just average. I ordered chicken biryani rice and the rice is cold serving with cold curry chicken too? The kitchen is bit messy and dirty. The workers not practice good hygiene too like not wearing handglove when serving the foods. I'm not sure will come again or not to this restaurant.

I have never rated 1-star for any eateries EVER in my reviews. KNS has gotten the honor of being the first. The prata... Oh my goodness was it unacceptable. In fact, it's the worst I've ever eaten in Singapore. This is the real definition of KNS. I'm sorry to be blunt, but serving the prata cold and soggy wasn't even the last straw. That came when I tasted the curries, which to my horror were served cold and thus, acerbic. There were two different curries (or 3, but I'm certain of 2 variants), one fish and one mutton, and both were cold! How is that even possible? It's either the food were left out for quite a while or they somehow magically and drastically dropped in temperature under air-conditioning when I was taking the photos, which took less than a minute. Good gracious me, don't even ask about the Maggi Goreng Thai and Nasi Goreng Pattaya. I wouldn't title myself the connoisseur of these dishes, but I have tasted enough in my lifetime to know that they shouldn't taste bland and extremely spicy out of the wok. The silver lining? These two were at least hot when served. My 1-star came from the best dish out of all that were ordered; the tissue prata. It was thinly crisp, crumbly, and the sweetness wasn't overwhelming. This was definitely the most palatable dish among all. Here, you get to be experience the literal definition of KNS. Take a leap of faith, and you will not be back.

Took more than an hour for them to cancel my Grab order, claiming reason was no driver even though the order was never in the kitchen. At least cancel promptly if you cannot fulfil the order. Leaving the review here since I cannot review on Grab. Waste of time

Chicken briyani had chicken separately and rice separately. So basically that rice can be used as veg and non veg option. Dosa was cold Chicken had only bones no meat. Murtabak was so so

The portions are HUGE! we can barely finish the food. The prata and Maggie goreng is above average too. Crisp and with Wok hei. The problem that we have though the portions are lovely, the pratas in the morning was served cold which is a huge no go in my books. Everything else was lovely ??
