★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service offered was terrible, with them not honouring the contract and cancelling our booking at the last minute due to "cancellations and numerous changes" made to our booking (All changes were made with more than 72 hours notice as stated in the contract). Furthermore, they wanted to charge an administrative charge upon them cancelling all our bookings. Terrible experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My guests may had dropped her mini purse and the other one was a children bag in the bus during their trip. I sent an email to the sale office that handle my order and they did not bother to respond. Called the driver, and his phone was turned off. There was also coordination problem between driver and the office, they dropped my guests at the wrong unit and they consist mainly of seniors had to walk themselves to the correct location. If they had doubt about the location I provided they should have called either office or me for clarification. Super duper disappointed with the service. I could have called the police for the missing purse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was bad. Called in to check if buses were wheelchair friendly for an upcoming programme my company is holding, and staff just hanged up with saying "thanks" or "goodbye". Tone of speech was horrible as well.
