Great workshop! Plenty of info, step by step guidance and good vibes. Good start for any beginner trying out kombucha brewing as it's not daunting at all

The class was fun and engaging! The workshop instructor was patient and made sure everyone in the class followed the steps closely before they moved on! We got the chance to taste their own homemade kombucha at the end of the class as well, which was a perfect end to the class. That allowed us to have some sort of “expectations” and know what to work towards in terms of making our own kombucha flavors as well. Highly recommending this fun class to anyone, be it with family, friends or couples!

Highly recommended! We had a team building activity and found the organisers to be friendly and responsive. Ethan who was our facilitator was knowledgeable and an engaging presenter adept at guiding the group virtually - everyone was engaged and post the event the excitement lasted for a few weeks as we discussed how the scoby was doing and how we wanted to plan for the next brew.

Workshop was very well ran. Instructions were clear and facilities & equipment were very clean. Update: The 1st fermentation went well. I reused the Kombynation bottles for the 2nd fermentation with flavours such as ginger, berries and mangoes. It is bubbling well now. Hope to put in the fridge and enjoy in a couple of days. I have also started on the 2nd batch. Thanks Kombynation for all the good advice.

As a Freelance Personal Trainer, I have been a health advocate to the people around me, always promoting healthy lifestyle with a healthy combination of 70% diet and 30% workouts. Hence, starting the day right is a big piece of diet advice that i always give to my clients. When I wake up first thing in the morning, I am very used to drinking a mixture of Apple Cider Vinegar with Lemon juice and water to kick start the digestive system to warm up and start its engine for the day. Up till today, this mixture still gives me a kick when drinking it. But with Kombynation's Kombucha ready to drink beverage, I find it easy to the throat and tummy, but yet serves the same purpose or even more benefits then the usual mix i drink. I drink half a bottle of Kombynation's Kombucha and can feel it working my digestion throughout the day. They have so many flavors available, personally I feel the original taste is already nicer to drink than mixture of Apple Cider Vinegar with Lemon juice and water. But their Sour plum flavour is one of my favourite. Healthy food/drinks doesnt mean it should taste bad or bland. It can taste nice too. The bottled Kombucha have really brought convenience and healthy lifestyle to the consumers' shelf.
