Waste customer time... Better go to other branches ... At least money will be worthly to spend there...

โ โ โ โ โ Made an online booking for my servicing before arriving. Nearest mall is at Bedok which is the best place to wait while the car is being serviced.

โ โ โ โ โ Very lousy servicing with wrong advises. Very Bad service. The service is not even worth for the money that we are paying for. You will get better service from Alexandra Branch, at least you can feel that something they have worked for you. Never go again at Kembangan. Staff is friendly with poor workmanship.

โ โ โ โ โ I recently bought a used Hyundai sedan and did my 1st servicing at Komoco Kembangan. It was the Service Package C which costs more than $300 after GST. Paying this kind of price, I expect a certain level of quality and standard. They were trying to upsell me transmission oil change which costs another $200 or more.
They did tyre rotation for me. But, the car came back to me with vibrations. When I went back to get it checked, they told me that there was something wrong with my tyres. However, my tyres are less than 6 months old. Then they told that my rims had issues hence the cause of the vibrations. When I asked them why was I not informed when they handed over they car, I did not get a sufficient reply.
Customer service staff Azlan did not seem knowledgeable about the work that was done and asked me to refer to the checklist. He was more interested in upselling the service plans to me - transmission oil change, aircon servicing, servicing package etc.
HERE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART: The vibrations persisted and I went to another workshop who informed me that my drive shafts were leaking grease. As it was in the initial stages, I managed to change the cover and clip, thankfully the vibrations stopped completely. My question here is what kind of servicing is Komoco doing when they cannot even identify a simple drive shaft leak. Makes me lose confidence and question if they have really done a proper servicing job. Downright negligent!
I am definitely not going back to Komoco ever again for servicing as they are overpriced and the customer service is poor. There are plenty of reputable workshops that can do a better job when it comes to servicing and at a much cheaper price.

Experience is absolutely poor.
1. Replaced 4x tyres
2. The next day one of the tyres were flat. Why wasnโt this checked properly before releasing the car?
3. Had to purposely drive down again to fix
4. Handed over the car at 1030am, was told will be ok within 3 hours but only notified complete at 314 pm.
5. Staff contact number provided but calls not picked up, messages not replied
6. No segregated area to hold customers
7. Seem crowded

โ โ โ โ โ Was disappointed with the customer service officer due to the attention given and the knowledge.
I called up the service centre and no one answer my calls. I walk in to make appointment on 05 Feb 2022. When I reach there, customer service officer Azian attended to me. I told him that my headlamp had condensation internally and he told me is normal. Condensation was also caused by heat from the engine. I was shock how can condensation in headlamp be normal. While talking to him half way, he made a call and telling customer car is ready for collection in the mid of our conversation. I would say that was a bit rude.
I did not believe him and I called up komoco Alexandra service centre and a lady pick up my call. Told her about my headlamp issue, she explained to me and says that there were a moisture absorbent in the headlamp. Upon knowing this I removed the headlamp dust cap and indeed the moisture absorbent was harden.
Just wonder why the lady at Alexandra branch was able to advise me on this simple issue whereby Kembangan can't.
