★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought most of our white goods from them after shopping around. The prices they offer are really attractive, and their service staff are friendly and responsive.
They were able to hold on to our orders while waiting for our renovation to be completed, and delivery was problem free.
One issue is that it may be a bit hard to get through to their phone for enquiries during their peak hours. There is also limited space at their outlet, thus they do not display many models. However they are able to provide the prices for other models, just need to provide them the model numbers.

Price is lower than major retail shop. Offered to make delivery on the following day. Delivery team sent the item within the agreed period of 3 hours on weekends, moved the item into the house carefully & finished it off with the installation. This is a great experience for a buyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a dryer from here and the staff told us that we can come back to them if there is any issue. Came back to them and they claimed that they can’t do anything expect calling the company of the dryer brand.
They rather you spend $500 instead of spending $35 - $100 to replace the part.
Funny thing is that the device is working well and just need to replace the air output pipe. $35 for the pipe, $100 + for the workmanship.

Supplier sold them at low price due to cash transaction. Customer benefit with such trading. Neighbourhood store, friendly and good. When i want to buy household electrical product, i would like to shop here to compare. U don't have to buy if u don't like. But their price is on par or below market rate. Don't just hear from me. Find out for yourself.
