★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kopitiam card can only be used at the drinks counter. 3 stalls still vacant still have 7 stalls selling(exclude drinks stall). Choices of makan still plentiful. Before 12pm have ample space of seats. During peak, nearly fully house. Great place away from the busy city area.

Price: Cheap. Price are cheaper than hawker on average.
Cleanliness: Not very hygienic.
Service:
1. Cleaning services are slow but the workers cannot be faulted. They are sort of understaffed but there are not much staff needed after peak hours.
2. Food stalls staff are usually alright. No rude people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety of food choice - Muslim, Indian, Chinese food all under one roof. Tried the Minced Meat Noodles from Fei Siong, really good. One drawback, not spicy enough for me. Yea will ask for more chilli next time, the taste is really nice. Long queue, be prepared!
