โ โ โ โ โ Good variety of western and traditional food. Situated near the Fernvale LRT station, The Seletar Mall, preschools and HDBs. They put on a net to ward off birds flying in and looking for leftover food to eat. Busy and honestly, quite noisy too as it sits just besides the HDB parking space.

โ โ โ โ โ Top up machine always not functioning properly. Top up using Nets, deducted money from my account but the money never go into the Kopitiam card! Approached staff on duty, told me nothing they can do. Asked me to either top up again or use cash instead!! No manager on duty to assist as well. The staff in this Kopitiam really sucks!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ YB econ bee hoon .. both ladies at the stall have attitude problem. Both are rude as if we, the customers owe them a living.
Don't buy the chicken wing at 1030am.. not fresh.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice Japanese food, tried the teriyaki chicken and hotplate chicken and both were nice. Like the chicken rice stall and their fried tofu too! Vegetarian food is a bit more expensive and taste wise so-so. Nasi lemak stall - chicken wings, hokkien mee and mee siam are nice, the rest so-so.

โ โ โ โ โ The roast meat stall is excellent for price and quality. Note the queue in this kopitiam is insane, as there is no other coffeeshops for miles.....

โ โ โ โ โ I almost never dine-in at here. The place is not big to cater the traffic in the area.
Most of the time I would take away and there is only one store I will always buy which is the Sarawak Noodle. The taste is great. Recommended to buy at this Kopitiam.

โ โ โ โ โ Coffee shop, with an average price of >$4. Remember to bring your kopitiam card for 10% discount. Taste decent, but won't recommend you to specially dine here if you aren't within 1km radius. Saw how the auntie cleaned the table, less than 1/10 of the table was wiped. So ya, decipher the cleanliness yourself.
