β β β β β No need waste your time to visit. The receptionist wont greet you and will remain seated, browsing mobile phone. Wont even bother to serve you, povide assistant, advice nor promote Korea tourism guide/tips.
You pick what you want or need by yourself. (brochures, vouchers, maps). Just take n go.
Even when you approach her, she will remain seated and just answer your questions 1 by 1. No more, only less than what u expected.
Wondering if Korean services as lousy as this one represents Korea Tourism? Disappointment. :(

β β β β β I got reminded of my bad experience here exactly one year ago when I walked past this place. The young lady at the counter doesnβt even acknowledge you when youβre standing right in front of her. Sheβs just on her phone all the time. I asked her about festivals for my upcoming trip she just pointed to the brochures on the shelves. Iβve never been so offended. She is a representative of Korea and she should know what her actions mean. It feels like the whole country is not welcoming at all.

β β β β β Hwa-Young and Tricia were very helpful and patient with my questions - and Tricia helped me to call a motorbike rental store in Jeju to clarify because I totally canβt read a single character of Hangul.

β β β β β Absolutely disgusting experience here. Travelled here specially to ask some questions but staff doesn't bother to help, always on her phone even if I'm standing right in front of her as if I'm non-existent. To future tourists who wish to travel to seoul and want to get help, if you want to clarify any doubts, don't bother coming here for help as it's completely useless. The worst part is still the rude behaviour and attitude of the staff when she kept waving me off

β β β β β I went down to Korea Plaza to enquire and Tricia was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and cleared all my doubts. As I had problems with my K-ETA, I even brought my laptop down and she patiently helped me with it. She also gave me brochures that were very helpful. If you have any problems or questions, I recommend going down to Korea Plaza

β β β β β Receptionist was unfriendly, hostile. Not much brochures available for Seoul. Was trying to find the map for seoul and only the mandarin version is available.
Receptionist was not busy and can't be bothered to assist in anyway.
If you are expecting to get assistance and advise for ur upcoming trip to Korea. My answer to you is probably ask ur friends, colleagues, relatives or maybe any random blogger they maybe much more helpful ?

β β β β β I made a phone call to Korea Plaza to ask about visa application. My call was answered by Tricia. She was very helpful and answered all my queries patiently. She even guided me through the visa application and even helped to check with the Korea embassy. If you ever need any assistance on Korea, just go to Korea Plaza.

β β β β β I went down to inquire about places to visit in Korea and Tricia was very helpful, giving me brochures and booklets as well as transport information in seoul. As I was confused about the K-ETA as it was my first time travelling to Korea and all the new implementations due to covid, she patiently helped me with it and personally helped and explained to me the process. Very good service!
