 I don't want to answer the phone, but it takes 10 minutes or more and repeats only the call charges. If so, why did you offer the service ???

β β β β β Good Customer Service. I call up because I could not check in online as I am travelling with my kids. The customer service told me politely that I need to check in in Airport but helps me to assign seats for the tickets back so that our family can sit together. She also put a note to request for our family to sit together when checking in. 3 thumbs up. :)
