Very dirty service and poor quality wallpapers. Looks like China products. and very aggressive against customers after payment.

wallpaper installation was of poor quality. Peel off after a couple of weeks. The customer service is also very rude and zero knowledge about after sale service.

I read the reviews & don't think its fair to give them with such bad feedback. They did a pretty good job for both my house & i still come back to them after 2+ years.

Do not engage their service. Waste of time. Customer service is very rude.. we ordered the wallpaper on 11 sept and was promise that it will be delivered by the 20 Oct.. nobody called to follow up.. so on the 20 Oct when I called they said will call me back.. I called again 2 days time and was told that shipment was delayed.. my function is on the 28 Oct.. the customer service denied promising us that it will be done 20 Oct. They eventually ask us to top up another $150 to put up by 28 Oct.. hen we ask for refund.. they refuse to give.. they don care about the customer and their very rude.. now we just have to wait..more then one month already. I wish theres a platform for me to lodge a complaint. Worse service I have ever seen.. all customers pls be beware and avoid this shop!

This is a company to avoid. Customer service was terrible because when their installer cannot come in time during the said time, and asked me to postpone, I called the customer service to ask if it is ok to do it another day, they not only refused and they threatened to charge me if I leave for my prior appointment. Their attitude was damn rude. What is this nonsense? Will not engage them for their service. To the response message below from the owner: please get your facts right. It was your installer who called me to postpone the appointment in the first place, because he says he couldn’t make it between 1-4pm. The agreed time was 1-4pm. There are three hours for him to come over and he had to struggle with this schedule. In fact, I was just trying to accommodate his request to shift and got a rude shock for this customer service even though I didn’t have to help your installer in the first place. Look at the tone the reply to my review and the other one star review. You will be assured that it’s the type of business you do not want to deal with. Jesus Christ that you are in the service industry! There is a fake review by Andy Yap who wrote the same thing as the response from the owner and gave a 5 star rating.

Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. Be prepared to commit ONLY if you can spare days on end cos they've only got 2 workers who take at least 2-3 days to finish the job. Don't ever believe their crap story about being able to finish within 1 day. We ended up helping their solo worker remove all my wall papers and I promptly cancelled the deal afterwards.

Am totally satisfied with our experience with the company. We were supported well at the shop during selection. The lady gave us good advice and estimated the amount needed accurately. Very good installer. 2 years from installation and everything looks good. Surprised that there’s such poor review as we were about to recommend them to a friend. We think that this is a worthy company to go to!
