β β β β β Dim sum ε€δΈιΎ was horrible. Mushy n sour hargow, oily fried spring roll, smells like bad oil. Yam cake was pieces of yam dipped in chemical-smell starch, shun kueh's skin was 1cm thick. Discarded the food after having a bite each, had to re-purchase the entire meal.

β β β β β Humble indian-muslim food stall here at Koufu Sembawang Mart. Highly recommend their roti prata and briyani. Do expect some crowds on the weekends but other than that, it's a fairly quiet location here in Sembawang.

β β β β β 2 stars cos the place is pretty small with only 7 vendors excluding drinks stall. Not much choices but vendors do serve healthy and good food.

β β β β β Must try! Black pepper chicken chop at Koufu, Sembawang Mart. Portion is big with generous sides included. At S$6.50, its Value for money. All 6 of us who tried, have good review.

β β β β β Zi Char is lousy and pricey.
Fish head curry was sweet and totally not spicy, ladies finger were old and stringy.
Pork ribs were excessively sweet.
Cereal prawn quantity was sad and made worse by using tiny shrimps.
La la was cooked in the strangest way, fried with onions garlic, CARROT and some veggie mixture. More like a salad than a seafood dish.
It made a lousy birthday dinner...

β β β β β The western food ? ?stall is a humble stall, but it serves Nice and healthy version of western food, the most important the price is super reasonable! $6 for grilled chicken chop + side, and 3 sauces to choose from black pepper, tomato and thyme cream.
Why itβs healthy?
1. Thereβs vegetarian pasta in menu (full of veg)
2. They offer healthy veg as sides
3. Gravy is separately when takeaway( now is phase2ha, cannot dine in)

β β β β β This Koufu food court is located at Sembawang mart. It offers an indoor and outdoor seating area. It is a rather small dining outlet and has limited foodstalls. There are usually no crowd here as it is not near the mrt station. However, the price of the food here seems to be cheaper than the other Koufu outlets at shopping malls. Overall, it serves as a convenient place to dine for those living in the neighborhood.
