Our naive and sometimes silly questions were not addressed and the limited responses given were peppered with sarcasm. I wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend this place. There are several other visa application services and tour agents in Little India who will be able to treat you with more respect. Disappointed but lesson learnt.
