Krispy Kreme Resorts World Sentosa - 26 Sentosa Gateway

Just made a purchase at Sentosa outlet and was served by staff name Rhona, everything was good until when we did the payment it was horrendous. We were just asking if we entitled for discount since we work one of the hotel. Without a reply YES or NO she just pull out the ATM card and threw it at the table top counter and proceeded the transaction like nothing happen. What a shame

Closes at 9.30pm althought it writes clearly 10pm on the store front. Still a batch of donuts but staff just shooked their head at me. Ran there just to get some donuts but disappointed, guess Krispy Kreme ought to ensure your staff serves till 10pm if stated.

I will never get tired of their original hone glazed doughnuts. Always my favorite doughnut shop. It's best if you pair it with some hot coffee! Simply the best!

Went to Krispy Kreme for the first time at Sentosa outlet at 11.30am cause Boyfriend like their original donut. But the stall put back in 10mins. So we waited outside. When the lady was back she was impatient in her service. Asked her about the chocolate donuts as it was my first time ordering Krispy Kreme. what’s the difference with double chocolate or the other chocolate that has marshmallows on it. made me feel like I was stupid to ask this question. So nvm I just ordered one chocolate donut one original one iced latte and one hot mocha to takeaway. I asked her for a plastic bag as I needed the bag else the coffee would spill in the car. She asked if I wanted takeaway bags for the drinks or food?? I’m like ok nvm just give me a plastic bag for the drinks. She gave me the paper box one-.-“ Lousy service and the chocolate donut tasted stale. But the original was still ok. Still I will try again at other outlets since my Boyfriend like.

The donuts were stale and dry. ? Service is terrible. The counter staff doesn’t even know what’s on the menu. We asked for a peppermint tea and milkshake, reading from the display board behind the cashier. And the cashier told us they don’t serve those items. We pointed to the board, and she checks with a colleague & says “ok”. I later told the other staff that the service needs to improve and all I get is a blank, bored look. AVOID.

Worst donut ever, we bought 4 pcs today & can't continue after few bites. My 7 years old son told me he felt vomitting after tasted their donut. We tried to force ourselves to finish the donuts, but still ended up disposed them.

Halloween donut a bit sweet for my liking custard filling taste odd n overall donut not fresh.

Doughnuts are soft and fresh. Fast Service whenever I’m in the city I stop by to get one.
