We engaged KR for a number of home repairs and alterations. The work was professionally done and the rates wee very reasonable for the work performed. The workers were also prompt and professional.

Where should I start? When I first came across this company, I was like "might be worth listening to them". They didn't have an office at all, which caught my wife's suspicions at first, because which ID company nowadays don't have an office for customers to do walk-in? But being the kind of person who sees positiveness in everything, I still decided to talk to their salesman, and wow he really can talk well. He's a good-looking chap in his mid to late 20s (I won't reveal his name here, but those who dealt with this company before would know who's he). If I'm not wrong, his position is a Business Development Manager. Anyway, he was very good in talking (he has persuasive powers so you might want to watch out for that). We almost got duped into getting from his company if not for the expensive prices he quoted, plus my wife's friend, who happened to be Krome Reno's client before. And whatever this friend told us about Krome Reno was just super turn-off. Their final product was not too bad, but considering the amount they paid, the final work was actually below par - in other words, it was not worth the money at all! Moreover, the materials used were cheap materials, so if you ever want to get from this company, doubly and triply check the materials delivered to your new house before you let them start the renovations. My wife's friend regretted because she and her husband weren't there to oversee the renovations. Anyway, this salesman's words sound like honey to bees - everything before his company gets the money, he will promise you everything in the world; but when the money has been received, post-works will seem hard to fulfill and all of a sudden, certain promises can't be fulfilled and excuses will be given. Anyway, a tip-off from another friend who's in the same industry as them - it is owned by 3 brothers and they have several clients who aren't happy with their services and have approached my friend's company to salvage those situations. I contracted Krome Reno to fix up my place, giving them a budget i had in mind and the works that were needed. Even though the final bill exceeded my initial budget (because i added on additional cabinets), i was rather pleased with the finished product. Partly also because i wanted to achieve a certain look and feel for my place, i had done my own initial research, and showed them the style i wanted - to which Francis had captured to a tee in the first design draft. The entire renovation process went smoothly without a hitch and i would definitely engage them again for future projects big/small. I would also recommend Krome Reno to my friends/family who are looking to renovate their homes! Additional note: my place was subsequently posted up for leasing with a higher than market rate price. It was highly sought after and we were able to secure tenants within a week. This further cements the capabilities that Krome Reno had to offer.

Krome Reno assisted us in our home renovations in 2020 and fulfilled all our requests accordingly to our planning and design layout.
