Lawyer spoke with clarity, very pleasant and professional. I felt reassured as he provided the name of a specific support staff who is meant to follow through with the processes and help us along the way through the case. Thought that was pretty nice, given that laymen like myself needed guidance thru legal processes. But the named support staff has never replied any emails. Other support staff were consistently unhelpful/unpleasant as well - sent documents with little to no context, ignored queries, provided curt/minimal responses. I made an additional request for a PDF copy of a letter sent to me by post. Staff Yvonne literally told me over the phone: "we have already sent you by post and we are very busy". No regard for client needs. Not like I asked for anything complex/unreasonable. This is 100% within their ability as they have emailed PDF copy + post letter for earlier correspondence, when chasing me to pay up. So yup, this law firm is usable; they did deliver the work without screwing up per se. Recommended only for people who are super familiar with all legal processes/paperwork involved and need absolutely no follow-up support service or clarification along the way.
