Cecilia was very informative and patient to let us choose our table top. We were constantly updated by them on the progress. Received it on time and nicely set up by Jayson and team.

Extremely happy with my very first solid wood dining table, the workmanship is nothing short of amazing, and the service they provide is absolutely top class. My main point of contact was Vanessa - upon our initial visit, she was very helpful and patient with explaining everything about their tables; where was their wood sourced, the treatment process etc. She was also very proactive updating me with pictures of the table via WhatsApp as it went through the various stages of sanding and coating. The icing on the cake was the fact that Vanessa herself was the one doing all of this as well! Finally, they managed to arrange for an earlier delivery date than what was originally quoted, a very pleasant surprise. If you are looking for a solid wood dining table, definitely pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed.

This is not even about buying a table anymore. You are buying an experience, a true work of art by the team over at KST, a local and family run business. From the very start, you get that feeling that whatever you wanted was remembered by Van (and the bosses, who are super hands on) I mean, they were not here to sell you a table. They were here to help you pick out the perfect centrepiece for your home. You can really sense that passion! We did not decide on a piece right away. After much searching, we got the perfect slab of wood! She actually knew what we liked and set aside the exact pieces for our viewing. Replies were prompt and delivery was communicated clearly. Weeks later, we received our table, pictures can't even describe how amazing our piece of wood was. The grain flow is simply stunning. A piece of Singapore history in our own house, can you believe it. We received numerous compliments from visitors all the time and I'm always happy to refer them to KST. This is my first purchase, definitely won't be my last. Edit: they took it back and re-did the whole table after discovering cracks in the resin. Everything was communicated promptly with update photos. Exemplary.

From the moment we stepped in to their showroom, the experience at KST has been perfect. We really enjoyed their customer service which included learning about their history and woodwork - the quality, process and the intense amount of work it takes from tree to table. Vanessa from KST was so friendly and very thorough in answering our qns. She continued to update us while our table and bench were being worked on, all the way till it was delivered. Prior to our visit to KST, we visited multiple retailers and couldn't find the ideal piece for our place and something that fit our budget. KST has really nailed it on price, quality and the customer experience and we highly recommend KST for anyone looking for live edge furniture.

We placed order for the table sometime in December. Vanessa and her team provided very good service. They even shared the history of the company and why they provided customised tables in Spore. They have so many choice of wood slab but they took the time to explain the grains and this made us really appreciate the beauty of nature. Vanessa also updated us the progress of the customised table in the chat group. Upon receiving the table in February, we were totally amazed with the outcome! Jayson is professional and knowledgeable. During our appointment, he explained about the history and business of KST. Then he explained and took us through the entire table making process and he even showed the workshop to see the actual steps of treating the Suar slabs. Jayson also helped us choose the slab that caught our eyes and heart for our dining table. He kept us updated during the entire fabrication process and even personally delivered our finished table with his team. Jayson and the KST team delivered stellar service with personal touch and went the extra mile.
