โ โ โ โ โ Very comprehensive pharma warehouse, best in class. They have chilled, aircon, and even freezer storage capabilities (-30degC). Also had a pharma redressing room. Will recommend to visit if you get the chance.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible company. I was introduced to an account manager from Kuehne + Nagel by a business relation. They use K+N for their shipment. The account manager never replied to any of our request of quotations. When I contacted Nelson over whatsapp, he said "let me look up the email" and never gotten back to me, it's been over a month. That is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. K+N lost a potential customer that does numerous international shipments a year.
If an executive of K+N sees this and wants to know who this incompetent account manager is who's costing you business, feel free to reach out. I won't embarrass him by saying his name in this review.
