Kungfu Durian - 304 Woodlands Street 31

I don't eat durian but my husband loves it. So I came across this place on my way home and thought to get him some. No comments about the taste as I do not eat it. But the 'service' was undesirable. I think it was a Vietnamese handling my purchase. I think he has a problem with Chinese pronunciation. But the problem was that he was rather rude? I picked the $15 box of durian and he offered me a discount and communicated that in Mandarin. I heard it as $10 in Mandarin. When I asked to do a paynow contactless payment, i verified with him again if it's $10 and he said yes. After payment i showed him my screen and he was exclaiming that it's $14. Like I'm sorry he has problems with pronunciation AND listening? But no need to be rude? So i made another payment of $4 via paynow and showed it to him. And this time he gave me a look of disbelief and a grunt? So I had to explain to him that I already made a payment of $10 and now $4 which makes it $14? Like I'm sorry he has problems with simple Math too? Should I be grateful for a dollar discount but end up having him being rude to me and spent my time making 2 payments and explaining simple math to him. Keep the dollar. Not impressed. Edit: Adjusted my rating as I appreciate the response from the owner.

First time purchased from Kungfu Durian and also first time for frozen durian. All durians were quick blast frozen which Kungfu Durian claimed. Great! There is no difference in quality between frozen and flesh durian. Deserved 2nd Great Great!! For cake making, received much compliments. Deserved 3rd Great Great Great! Will continue to order from Kungfu Durian!

Relatively good service, durians are decently priced too so gonna give a 4*. Feels honest. Just that the durian was a bit over ripe

I have removed my initial review disputing the seed size and shape since I found a very nice message on MSW seed sizes (see the 99 Old Tree post). The ones I got from the delivery possible look like the bigger end of the spectrum though I must say it was a first experience for me to see this size and shape. Compared to my MSW purchases from another vendor I'd say the value for money was not to my expectation. (Thank you for your quick response @kungfu durian and I did google further to find out more.)

Ordered the D24 and D101 durian. Taste was equally good. 800g for $45 (1 box). Based on their calculation, they said it's about $14/kg. Expect delivery to be late, and expect WhatsApp reply to be slow or none at all. Weight per box was 816g and 812g respectively. Overall would recommend them again as they seem to be trust worthy sellers. That said, I haven't tried other durian sellers companies.

Been eyeing a box of Pahang Premium Highland MSW via GrabMart. Do note the 400g listing there is more expensive than ordering a 600g box from Kungfu Durian directly, but I had a Grab voucher to utilise. Seller was very responsive over WhatsApp about delivery delays caused by bad weather when I enquired. Finally placed my order after 9pm and I left a note requesting for creamy and small seeds knowing there's no guarantee. Kungfu Durian really delivered! Very shiok and satisfied my cravings.

Tasty durians from Penang. Capri has a strong wine-like flavour. MSW tasty, flavourful, lasting after taste. Ordered in the morning, arrived in the evening same day. Although it was delivered later than selected delivery time, the team was Whatsapp responsive and gave an accurate ETA.

It's my first time ordering from Kungfu Durian and no regrets!! Would definitely order more in future.. Bought the Father's Day promo of 2MSW and it came with 2 free boxes of D101 & D13. Superb bitterness quality to the whole family's liking!! ???
