Been this salon many times. Always do my hair and manicure pedicure service here. They provide excellent service. And I have joined their membership for enjoy more discounts to do my hair and nail. I was very recommended this salon and support.

I'd definitely recommend whoever reading this to go get your nails done elsewhere unless you want something super basic and simple, but definitely don't sign any packages with them! I used to always come to them for basic nail services. They used to have really good customer service, but their service here has been getting from bad to worse. So many hidden charges. At first, the only way I was allowed to continue using my existing package credits with them right after the first covid lockdown was lifted was to top up even more money although we were initially told there was no expiry period ? Next, I recently got to witness a customer return to the store the next day after not being satisfied with her nail art, have a full-blown argument with the male "Store Manger" (who btw has no service recovery plan whatsoever, he's super inflexible even if it was the store that messed up, and forever insisting on charging people extra for anything under the sun). Today after a brief clash with the same male store manager (with no resolution on my end whatsoever), they almost deducted my services from other people's package (makes me wonder if they'll let other people sign from my existing package and what kind of service recovery I'll receive if I ever find out about it, considering their declining service I've been experiencing and witnessing so far). I just want to quickly finish my package and not return anymore!

Staffs are very friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I have a pleasant experience at Kuts & Kurls. Will definitely come here again to try other hair services too :)

Superbly friendly staff. Ken cuts hair better than anybody else I’ve ever been to. Friendliest and best service anywhere. If I could give 7 stars, I would!

Had a horrible experience here. I said I wanted my eyebrows plucked and the lady at the entrance said yes can, it will be $12 for you. I bargained it down to $10 quickly, which is still exorbitant, but I was in a hurry. So I went in and she spoke to another staff in Vietnamese who then started doing my brows. She only used a razor for one brow and I told her can you pluck instead of just shaving, because it takes longer to grow out again when you pluck. And she said "it's all the same" in mandarin, and just continued on her merry way ignoring my request completely . Safe to say I'm never returning here again. Cheaters.

I got my hair cut at Kuts & Kurls and I am impressed by the outcome. I did not have high expectation as this is my first visit, but I walk out a happy man! Excellent service provided by the hairstylist. Definitely going back for my next kut.

I went to this salon only because the other salons I wanted to go were fully booked. I only wanted a trim but Galvin convinced me to do a soft rebound. He quoted $298 with haircut but since it was my first time here, he will charge me $248 with haircut. Wow! $50 discount so I agreed. After every was done, he applied a product on my hair and once again I was convinced to buy it. The product cost $128. Told him it was too expensive. He then offered $98. Wow! $30 discount and I stupidly accepted. Went to the counter to make payment and Galvin starts his sales talk again. Buy their package at $588 and they will give $100 credited to your package, and they will only charged my hairstyling for $188 instead of $248. Wow! $60 discount. When I told him I don't wish to buy, he offer another package price at $388 with $60 credit but I started to feel uneasy and declined. Went home to google the product that I bought from them and you can buy it for $20 from Shopee! Call me stupid if you want but are they being professional? Hair cut skill? So so only.
