Friendly staff and cute little filippino home cooked restaurant that's authentic ! You know the place is authentic when you see 90% of the people eating are Filippinos. We had a massive dinner there with 6 of us and tried almost every dish. Unfortunately no space for dessert, if not would have tried turon and halo halo. The stand outs are their fried pork, oxtail soup, penakbet! They really know how to cook their pork!!! We also had accompanied w garlic fried rice and an egg. The service and staff were always super friendly and so is the owner who happens to be the Head chef too. Was actually quite sad when we saw Leslies (previous filippino restaurant at same place) close down last year due to Covid, and am glad that Kuya is here now. Will definitely be back for more !

Their sisig is tasty!!! The restaurant is tiny and seats are hard to get during meal times. Prices are on the higher end, and the portions can be smaller than excepted but the food is good. Worth a visit for sure.

We ordered sisig, kare-kare, and garlic rice for dinner. The sisig (pork dish usually made from pig's face and was served in a sizzling plate) tasted delicious and reminded me so much of home, it was the right crispy and meaty. The kare-kare (peanut stew of sort with vegetables and meat) was also a very pleasant surprise. It appeared very unassuming as it had been sitting out for quite a while, but it tasted great! There were lots of meat too!!! Lastly, the garlic rice was just some garlicky goodness that will make you forget your diet ? Overall, was very happy with this find! The food truly felt comforting not only because of its familiar flavours but most definitely because of its taste and execution. Of the Filipino restos I've tasted here in SG, this one's by far the best! The place was pretty small tho, so I am guessing it can get crowded during peak hours.

There is only few seating inside this place. It is small but cozy settings. The price is affordable $14 for sisig, and they offer set meal (a rice with 1 or 2 dishes). So far, their sisig is the best I could find in Singapore. I just wish they have option to have sisig with chicken liver and mayonaise too.

I desperately needed pancit and leche flan for my sisters birthday but was informed that any pancit order needed to be preordered. Nevertheless, chef went out to buy the ingredients just for me. I’ll never forget how they went out of their way just to cater to my last minute order. Besides that, the food was fantastic! We gobbled it all up within minutes

Ordered the Barkada Bundle. The crispy pata (pork leg) was delicious and huge! Really crispy indeed and flavourful when dipped with the sauces. The pork sisig was served sizzling and was well seasoned; perfect with rice. Highly impressed with this place and would definitely return again :)
