Invoice & Quote Ref: KVK/Q317 - one of the worst contractor (His name is Ramesh) I have faced in my life. Who took months to complete two toilets. Following is my summary: * He will ask money in advance by giving various reasons (no money in account by sending snip of bank account, Father in ICU and other sorts to take advance earlier than time. * After receiving advance your work will take back seat. * His men will come on and off. Sometimes they come will come for only few hours in a day and only one person (just to claim their presence) * He subcontract work to other company and so you will be affected if their relation is affected. (Double problem). * Quality of workmanship is very poor. * I paid excess (as some of the things he could not do on time were cancelled) that excess he took many months to pay (thanks to my agent who recommended him took responsibility of receiving). Finally, if any one wants to award work to him, make sure you don't pay advance, keep reasonable time to finish and hold money to offset poor quality. Risky though!
