First day of using the rental van, van broke down. Unable to get in contact with them (phone goes to voicemail) for van replacement. Had to arrange tow service myself, subsequently they refused to refund the cost of tow service. Refused to refund the cost of the petrol I pump for the rental van. The person in charge (Mr chua) has very bad attitude. Do not waste your time. Do not use their services.

Very rude the person who answer the hotline when ask for replacement always say no other vehicle...not recommended...bad service

I have been wanting to write a review for this but was too busy the last few months and was unable to write an honest review for Kwang Chun. Anyway if I could give negative stars I would. I rented a lorry for 2 weeks back in end May/early Jun for delivery purposes. Within the 2 weeks, the lorry broke down TWICE! 1st time it broke down due to a gearbox issue which resulted in the lorry going into "free gear" mode on the expressway! super dangerous!!! thank God nothing happened to my driver. when we told the boss about this, he was not an all apologetic for the matter. 2nd time the lorry broke down, the coupling gear of the lorry was disconnected in the middle of the road. lucky the lorry was at a traffic light, otherwise if this had happened while driving, the lorry would have most certainly gotten into an accident and swerved or overturned on the road. in a span of 2 weeks the lorry broke down twice! this is unbelievable! and the worst part is the boss of the company is not at all apologetic for both incidents. NOT a single apology was given and he could still tell us that if we needed a toll to come take the lorry earlier, we need to find one ourselves. he did not bother to provide any remedy as well (ie. refund or discount on the rental fees). such horrible service, attitude and poor maintenance of the lorry! i DO NOT ever recommend anyone thinking about renting their vehicles as they are all poorly maintained and the customer service there is horrendous. rent at your OWN risk!
