β β β β β Very professional and a team that will do their best. My debtor just drag the payment for 8 months since last year, after we finish install CCTV system for them. And the debtor tell us his f&b business cannot make money and don't want to pay us, which at the same premises they are operating another business. KX-Unit take a good approach with good understanding of multiple methods including visits and Small Claims Tribunal process. After 4 weeks installment, full amount is collected for 20k debt.

β β β β β Our Company engaged KX Unit to collect our bad debts. Winston came down personally ensuring that he will do a good job this time round as he has failed us the last time. He painted a very nice picture that how they will do it however till todate since last August, nothing was done. The updates given by them was Debtors not at home etc. Subsequently I called Winston and his so called Ops Line several times, there were no updates at all. And they will never call back even once.
Therefore do not believe in whatever nice picture they will tell you that they are capable of. They are just a bunch of Con-artists. Think Twice before you engage them.

β β β β β Authority should investigate this company and its owner. I suspect this company and the owner is running a ponzi scheme after realising that my debtor has fully paid his due to KX unit. Despaired numerous calls, emails and personal visit to their office. They hide and refuse to engage..
