★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery: The delivery guy just left the packet at doorstep and didn’t really hide it. Poor service. Kydra should use normal post or registered post instead, this kind of delivery makes things easily to be stolen.
Quality: very good, comfortable
Cutting: fitting, but slightly long, hope to have a shorter length T-shirt.
Overall quite good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of black kyro leggings from the recent Kydra birthday sale. I machine washed it before I wore it. I even put in a wash bag. Today is my first time wearing it. And look at the runs on the pants.
I contacted Kydra to let them on this issue. They were not able to offer any help on it except telling me I should have hand wash it. No exchanges as I have already worn it. The customer service told me that they are not able to provide any exchange even after I told them after a wash the material ran.
This is not the most pleasant experience and my first time buying their leggings and definitely a last one. vivre and lululemon provide a better listening ear and customer service.
