โ โ โ โ โ We had contacted Kyocera repeatedly to fix a 4-year-old printer. Their technician was late and failed to repair the equipment. Then he was late again on the following day. It has been more than 3 working days since we first highlighted the issue and nothing is resolved. The machine is always problematic and their customer service a disappointment. We would NEVER recommend Kyocera printer.

โ โ โ โ โ My copier had a difficulty scanning to my computer. My colleague and myself have called them a dozen time. They said that the person responsible is out of the office and they will call back the following day. The call never comes. They are not bothered to provide after sales service. I regret buying this copier from them. I will never recommend my friends to buy copiers from them.
