★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first saw their product when i was in Korea a few years ago. After i moved back to SG, i chanced upon this device again, this time in a clinic. I have a child who is battling with severe dust allergy and we have tried many brands of air purifiers, which has been a costly experience because of the need to change the filter once every few months. I'm very grateful to have found out about Novaerus because there's no need for filters at all and my child has almost no allergy since we got it 2 months ago. My husband's eczema also somehow cleared up without taking antibiotics and prescription ointment. That's how i know my air at home is clean. Thank you L+A team for being so patient with all of my questions. Highly recommend!

I must say L+A has been very helpful and they still check in months after my purchase, to ensure that the product is serving me well. With this device installed in my bedroom which is also my office since i work from home mostly, I now sleep better at night and feel more energized in the day. I also love how quiet it is as i'm a light sleeper and how i can leave it on throughout the day without changing the filter or seeing a significant jump in my electricity bill. Of course I would rate a 5-star to the team and this product. Thank you!

They’re truly one of the friendliest group of people I’ve met whilst still maintaining a strong level of professionalism and knowledge. My cousin suffers from bad asthma and heard from a friend that Novaerus is a device that I should look into. I’m not very knowledgeable in the area of health and had many questions to ask, and the L+A team was extremely patient and I could feel their genuine care when I was sharing my personal concerns with them. Super efficient service, even replied to my texts at late hours on the weekends. Happy to share that my cousins asthma has greatly improved, thank u L+A for all the help and making me feel so valued and understood!
