Ordered an Ebene knee guard online on the 19th. Called the CS on 26th, and was told that the item has already been dispatched on 20th to the courier. I enquired again on the 21st and was told that there was a change of packaging in the product hence resulting in the delay. If they have sent the wrong item out, itd have already been delivered to me regardless. It will be honest to own up their negligence in my order. Was told that they are processing my order, and will send out shortly. Im guessing they cant even deliver a simple job well (its a paid shipping as well).

I purchased the products from Lazada on the 01 Nov 2021. After checking out the cart, it appear that I will received a free gift, some kind of serum in 100ml. However, upon the goods arrived there is no free gift. I dropped them a chat on Lazada platform on 01 Nov, fabulous service = no reply, only received automated reply. 02 Nov, also fabulous service = no reply, also standard automated reply 03 Nov wonderful service = no reply, same old thing automated reply I called in their office on the 05 Nov as well, informed them about this issue, yet an aunty answered call and ask me to leave down my details, no solution. So I filed in non receipt of freebies as promised upon purchasing thru the platform. 08 Nov it triggered return shipping, I didn’t ask to return shipping. I am asking where is my free gift as you all promised and shown black and white on the platform there is free gift. Multiple calls to your office, the aunty can’t even give any efficient solution. Keep on asking why I filed in Lazada. If I don’t filed in wrong delivery without freebies, Lazada will disburse the payment to you guys and I have no case to fight on. And the aunty even said why never chat them in the platform, but I received is ignorance. But she can’t understand! Aaron Low, please get thing solve ASAP.
