★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been trying to contact the main office after order were made despite internet site glitches last month. Emails were sent, office phone calls are not picked up unlike 2019's service. Online orders are not sent out after more than a week. Is anybody working?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT EVER ORDER ONLINE. First, they claimed they did not charge my card (they did). Then when I showed them a screenshot of my credit card a/c online, they next claimed their Finance dept already processed my canceled my order. After more than 1 week, I still see the same charge on my card. Horrible that a global company like this has to resort to such tactics. I will dispute your charge.
